Here it is Thursday already. My week has been kindof different. I have not been feeling well and so I haven't been doing much. Monday I was supposed to go in for an appt with Dr Dunn. I didn't make that appt so we rescheduled for Wednesday. Still yesterday I was feeling pretty yucky by the afternoon. Hopefully I will get to feeling better so that I can go get my back adjusted soon!

Monday was Jerry's birthday. So we made him some brownies and a card and Grandpa dropped it off to him. Grandpa also dropped off some pop that Jerry had asked for. I hope he had a good birthday. It is so sad to see someone who is that grumpy and cantankerous all the time.

Yesterday I made another batch of brownie pudding to use up the rest of the brownies left from what I made on Monday. This time it would have been perfect but I didn't get the cream cheese, creamed up well enough before mixing in the other stuff. So needless to say there are lumps of cream cheese in the pudding. Anyway, here is the recipe.
Brownie Pudding
1/2 pan of brownies broken up into pieces
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 box of instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 container of coolwhip

In a bowl cream the cream cheese. In another bowl mix pudding mix with milk. Slowly add to cream cheese. Mix in cool whip. Add brownie pieces and mix until well blended (when it starts to look like chocolate pudding instead of vanilla). Chill in refrigerator.

So after it is all said and done, it is quite the simple recipe for something that has evolved from trying to salvage a messed up dessert plan.

Yesterday I also finally finished getting the address labels done for the Ward's bday cards. We ended up changing the picture for the front of the card. The Bishop liked the new picture and wants me to go ahead and make up and send out the cards this year. It will be a big project, but then we only are sending one per family.
But that is still probably over 100 families. Like I said, a big project. That is like doing 4 months worth of birthday cards all at once. With Grandpa's help, I think we will be able to do it.
